Door Supervisor (Ref #005)

Working in a fast paced, fun friendly late bar in the centre of Swansea, you will be part of an established venue and security team.

• 6 days a week
• 32+ hours per week
• 5.6 weeks PAID holiday per year

• Training and support 24/7

Responsibilities will include:

• Deploying the team effectively to ensure the safe and well running of the venue
• Liaising and reporting to head office
• Liaise with venue management
• Development and implementation of standard operating procedures
• Training and development of team members
• Implementation of company procedures
• Implementation of Health and Safety procedures
• Promotion of a one team culture
• General door supervision duties

You Must:

• Hold a front-line SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
• Previous management experience.
• Previous experience of delivering on KPI targets.
• Flexible approach to work.
• Be able to provide a 5 year work/school history.
• Have previous Door Supervisor experience.
• Have excellent communication skills and be customer service focused.
• Be able to work well as part of a team.
