Employees and Contractors
We will collect information relevant to our legal obligations as an employer or as a contracted party and may include your name, address, phone number email, bank account details, licensing information and information relating to criminal convictions and other information as part of our screening and vetting processes.
Customers
We collect and process your personal information mainly to provide you with access to our services. To help us personalise and tailor our services for you, to create an account and communicate with you and for certain other purposes explained below.
Your personal data is only provided to us by you when contacting us, by phone or by email.
Once collected, this data is only used to deliver the service and to respond to you or answer any questions that you may have.
We do not collect sensitive data from you such as financial, health or information about children. This does however include name, address, email address and telephone/mobile number.

Due to operational and insurance requirements, personal information may be recorded about individuals that do not fit into one of the categories above.
We will exercise the appropriate level of caution in these instances and will look to limit any information to name, contact details and information pertaining to the reason for recording this information.
How Long Do We Keep Personal Data?
We will not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.

Employees and personnel will be retained for no more than six years following the end of the contractual terms agreed with SRW Security Ltd.
